Chicken Wings

Serves:

3-4 people

Time To Cook:

45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2lbs chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup BILLY-JOE’S BBQ SAUCE(Add on’s for Air Fryer only)
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Oil for coating

Directions

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Place wings on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake 20 mins per side
  3. Remove wings and place in a large mixing bowl 
  4. Coat wings with BILLY-JOE’S BBQ SAUCE and serve

BBQ

  1. Preheat grill to 350 F
  2. Place wings on BBQ and cook for 22-22 minutes flipping occasionally 
  3. Baste wings with BILLY-JOE’S BBQ SAUCE during the last 2-3 mins

Air Fryer

  1. Set on air fryer mode or preheat air fryer to 400 F
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels. Combine the wings and baking soda and toss. Let sit for 5 minutes and then add oil and toss
  3. Spray or brush racks with oil
  4. Add wings and leave space between wings on a shelf-style air fryer. Or in a basket style be sure to check every 5 mins and shake to move around.
  5. Cook for 30-40 mins

Remove wings from Air Fryer, add to bowl and toss with Billy-Joe’s BBQ Sauce

Billy's Tips:

For crispier wings, coat the wings and put them under the broiler for a few minutes on each side!
